Schenevus Central School students, faculty and staff raised $750 for Sadie, the therapy dog, to help pay for some of the veterinary costs she incurred during her illness.
The children brought in their coins to put in Sadie’s Wishing Well to help raise the funds needed for Sadie’s recovery. Mrs. McCrea’s first-grade class presented Sadie and her owner, Jeanne Zachos, with the monetary gift on May 4. We are all glad Sadie is feeling much better.
