    Taxes

    Town of Maryland residents can look up their school tax information at TaxLookup.net.

    Each year, the district establishes the tax levy: the total amount of funds that will be paid by taxpayers within the district. This is put before the voters each spring.

    When a final budget is approved by the school district, the town then sets the tax rate, which determines the dollar amount in school taxes that each taxpayer must pay.
