Budget Development

Schenevus CSD residents vote each spring on the proposed budget for the upcoming school year. The annual school budget vote is held on the third Tuesday in May. Prior to the vote, the district will provide information about the budget via the district website, Facebook page and through materials mailed to all district residents. A budget hearing is held in April at a meeting that is open to the public. Once the board has finalized its budget proposal, district residents may review the proposed budget by contacting the district office.
